Raven/Megathron - Megathron gets 7 turrets while raven only gets 6 missle launchers, again mega has a drone bay TWICe the size of the raven. Fair? I don't think it is.
The funny thing too is the mega is supposed to be the rail mega ship while the hype is, yet it gets 125m of drone bay.
Fer0x/Myrmidon- Here is one that really irks me. The drone ship gets more turret slots then the caldari gun ship! wtf>? (plz don't say anythign stupid like ferox is tier 1, its still a load of crap, it doesnt have more turret slots then the brutix.)
Rokh/Hyperion: Once again the hyperion gets twice the drone bay as its caldari counter part with the same slots.

Now i've read some people saying that what do caldari need drones for, they operate at range. Well the ansewr to that question is they need drones for the sake of balance. When they do get tackled by a gallente pilot, which happens quite frequently considering your range advantage is null everytime you jump or undock they have no chance.

Drone bays effectively increase the amount of slots you have. Sure they can be blown up, but with the ships I mentioned above when the drones are blown up then the ships have EQUAL SLOTAGE, until then its gallente's advantage.

With all this said, I am originally a Caldari pilot and have switched to gallente because they were so much more over powered imo. I still want a gallente nerf even though I fly them. I really truly like the caldari ships and wish they had a fighting chance, but they don't. This one race gallente throws everythign out of whack.

And this ******** comment takes the cake. Domi gets two damage bonuses, try fitting it with some rails and omg!!11 it does DOUBLE the dps of the raven.... Sure a single shield booster outperforms a single repper, but a dual rep tank is VERY comparable to a shield boost/boost amp tank and cap usage is the same. Learn what your talking about please before you speak up.

Hold on right there - I don't expect Caldari to match Gallente firepower at short range, my main gripe is the lack of turrets on some of their hybrid boats which makes the gap bigger than it should be when fitting blasters, and makes the Gallente rail boats as and in some cases more attractive.

I'm perfectly happy with the way the Rokh and Mega/Hyp are balanced, for example. They are different ships with different strengths but one race's ship doesn't dominate the other's.
